Ⅰ. Permission to Photograph/ Interview and Broadcast Images/ Publish Articles

A. For New Photography/ Interviews and Broadcasting Images/ Publishing Articles

  1. Please draft a proposal (any format) clearly stating the subject and purpose of the photography/ interview and fill out and sign a “Photography/ Interview and Broadcast/ Publication Application,” and send both documents so that they arrive at the temple office no later than five days before the desired photography date. In urgent cases, please FAX the forms before sending them by post.
  2. Applicants who receive permission from the temple will receive a “Photography/ Interview and Use of Product Permit” with an official temple seal by FAX within three days after the forms arrive at the temple.
  3. Please present the permit to staff at the temple entrance on the photography/ interview date. Then, please come to the temple office and present a reporter’s ID or personal ID which demonstrates affiliation with the company listed on the application.

B. For the Use of Film, Images, and Publications Owned by the Temple and Rebroadcasting/ Reprinting Existing Images and Articles

  1. Please draft a proposal (any format) clearly stating the use and purpose of images and other products owned by the temple or the subject and purpose of the rebroadcast/ reprint and fill out and sign a “Broadcast/ Publication Application,” and send both documents so that they arrive at the temple office no later than five days before the desired broadcast/ reprint date. In urgent cases, please FAX the forms before sending them by post.
  2. Applicants who receive permission from the temple will receive a “Photography/ Interview and Use of Product Permit” with the temple seal by FAX within three days after the forms arrive at the temple.
